Oh bollocks!

3,100 miles. Looks like that pre-deer skid killed my tire, too.

For what it's worth, it's still holding air. I stopped to check the bike out because I kept hearing one tick per wheel rotation. It ended up being caused by this flap hitting my fender. I cut the flap off with my knife for now. This tire has to last a few more weeks at least.
