Another bike?! On MY bus?!

No pictures, because the guy got off a few stops after I boarded. For the first time since I started doing this back in September, I actually had to share the bike rack with another bike. This is fine, as the racks are built to accommodate two bicycles.

The other bike was a huffy rigid mountain bike that looks like it has seen better days, but a bike's a bike, and it's always neat to see that I'm not the only one doing it out here.

I think there were a few other people out and about because of the break in the temperatures. Glorious day to ride.

Your leadership is contagious. Maybe it's time to run for office.

This summer there were actually several times where I tried to get on the MAX and had to wait for the next bus because the bike rack was already full. Which is a good problem to have :)

I need to see what the Jo says about bikes *IN* the bus. Some cities have provisions to put the bike in the handicapped area if the rack is full. The seats fold away to make room for a wheelchair, revealing belts and stuff to secure the wheelchair... or bike.
