Like some man 19 killed hes mom and drive around with in back of the car with her body sick stuff.Before he killed her in tub at home sick stuff, I hope very goes good;-). I like your Blog;-)
PLEASE tell me that you've got more than a cable lock on that nice little bike. My eyesight isn't what it used to be, but I can't detect a hefty U-Lock.
My bike spends 99% of its time locked up securely at work, locked up inside my apartment, or en-route.
I have no hefty u-lock. I don't own one. I have a heavy-duty chain at work. I don't carry it around with me. Usually, that cable lock only gets used when I need to duck into a grocery store or post office for 5 minutes. A U-lock would be nice, but usually a bit overkill except for at work.
While I was certainly aware that I could be tied up for the entire day in court, I'd think it'd take some cajones and a lack of brain cells to steal my bike from that rack. Who would bring bolt cutters along, stand out in front of the court house in view of armed officers at the entrance (manning the metal detector/xray rig) for a $100 mountain bike?
A U-Lock is on my wish list, but it's behind things I really need this winter because the stuff I have is threadbare and falling apart: * Winter coat (eyeing this one) * Thick ski gloves (cheapo) * New wool socks (I only have one pair) * Another wicking base layer / athletic long johns
I wonder if you will get a mileage check??? You may actually make money on this one!
